值北京农学院建校70周年之际，文法与城乡发展学院收到一份跨越山海的珍贵祝福。利比里亚共和国农业部部长J Alexander Nuetah（努塔，PhD）专门发来贺信，向学校致以热烈祝贺与美好祝愿。努塔部长曾于2011年前后，在我院前身——原城乡发展学院担任两年兼职教师，为商务英语、农村区域发展专业授课，与我院师生结下深厚情谊。

努塔部长在贺信中写道：“我与北京农学院的渊源，是我在中国最珍贵的记忆之一，我始终感恩北京农学院给予我共事的机会。值此2026年10月17日建校七十周年之际，谨向贵校致以热烈祝贺与美好祝愿。愿校庆活动圆满举办，期待贵校未来再创辉煌。”
